ABOUT POSITION

As part of the Product Division, the Growth Department plays a pivotal role in enhancing user adoption and customer conversion, contributing to Katalon’s ambition of becoming the preeminent name in the testing industry. We are on the lookout for an accomplished and dynamic Senior Growth Manager/Director. 

This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical thinker who is enthusiastic about utilizing data-driven insights, innovative growth hacking methodologies, and product-centric growth strategies to advance business success.

• Business Case Analysis & Strategic Orientation: Lead thorough business case studies to pinpoint growth prospects and optimization opportunities. Provide strategic direction based on financial analysis, aligning growth efforts with our overarching business goals.
• Product Research & Market Analysis: Spearhead extensive product research to identify market trends, competitor tactics, and customer requirements. Apply these insights to enhance product strategies and maintain a competitive stance.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Employ data analytics and key performance indicators to evaluate and refine growth initiatives. Utilize A/B testing and similar methodologies to guide strategic choices, focusing on adoption rates and Monthly Active Users (MAU).
• Team Leadership & Development: Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship, coaching, and training. Lead a cross-functional team to implement growth strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Finance Integration: Leverage financial expertise to harmonize growth plans with fiscal objectives. Collaborate with finance teams to uphold fiscal prudence and effectiveness in growth approaches.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work in tandem with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product departments, to ensure a unified and effective growth strategy.

• Extensive experience in a senior growth or product management position, ideally in Global Software Development or Software Testing domains.

• Profound knowledge of product-led growth principles and techniques.
• Proven track record in executing successful growth hacking strategies with tangible outcomes.
• Competency in data analytics tools and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience in finance, integrating financial considerations into growth strategies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience in effectively coordinating across teams.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
